Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to join the Enterprise Vision Academy under the theme “Enterprise Solution Finder” for local businesses right here in Siem Reap.
Stepping into the session wasn’t just about sharing business strategies; it was a deeply nostalgic experience. Surrounded by passionate entrepreneurs and local business builders, we found ourselves instantly transported back to our own early days. We remembered the excitement, the hurdles, and the foundational lessons that shaped CWE TRAVEL into the company it is today.
Reconnecting with Our Roots
Being part of the Enterprise Vision Academy gave us a rare and welcome chance to pause and look back. In the daily hustle of managing tours, crafting itineraries, and serving travelers, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come.
Hearing the fresh ideas and challenges of other local businesses reminded us of our own first steps. It reinforced a core belief we’ve held since day one: growth isn’t just about moving forward—it’s about staying connected to the community and the journey that got you there.
Finding Solutions Together
The theme—Enterprise Solution Finder—was all about practical problem-solving and collaboration. Siem Reap is home to such a vibrant, resilient business community, and being in a room filled with people dedicated to building, adapting, and supporting one another was truly inspiring.
