Welcome to CWE Travel Cambodia (cwetravel.com). By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
Reservation: A booking is officially confirmed only after we receive your deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments, credit cards, and bank transfers. All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard policy for day tours and custom itineraries is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Note: Specific multi-day custom tours or peak-season bookings may have stricter terms, which will be clearly detailed on your custom itinerary invoice.
3. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
- Changes by CWE Travel: While we always strive to stick to the planned schedule, we reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, or transport due to weather conditions, local safety constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Force Majeure: CWE Travel Cambodia is not liable for tour disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or major events beyond our control.
4. Travel Insurance & Liability
- Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal accidents before arriving in Cambodia.
- Liability: CWE Travel acts as an organizer for tours, transport, and local experiences. While we work with vetted, professional guides and drivers, we are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
5. Traveler Responsibility
Local Laws & Culture: Travelers are expected to respect local Cambodian laws, traditions, and dress codes (especially when visiting sacred temples like Angkor Wat).
Health & Fitness: Please inform us of any physical health conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations prior to booking (especially for cycling or adventure tours).
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
